Due to the intense cold Texas and the rest of the country has just recently experienced (or currently experiencing, sorry Midwest and Northeast); I have been on a huge pho kick to keep myself warm and full. For those of you who are not aware of pho, it is a delicious Vietnamese noodle soup that can be garnished with a variety of herbs and toppings, including: basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, and lime.
During a particular dreadfully cold evening, a friend brought some pho to my house from a nearby restaurant. The pho was subpar, but could have been great if I had Sriracha sauce!
