I think we can all agree that one of the hardest things about keeping a diet is the whole, “no sweets” part. But sadly, sugar is in practically everything we eat, so even when we think we are being good, sugar is sneaking its way into our diets. Most people think that fruit is the safe way to go when trying to curb a sweet craving, but in fact, fruit is loaded with sugar, and it can ruin a diet if you eat too much of it.
