On the other hand, if as an extrovert who loves being around people and hates being alone, staying home all day reading a book is not ideal for your personality type. Knowing yourself will help guide your life choices in a way that allows for less procrastination and more productivity!

 

If you want to get rid of procrastination, you need to know what it is and why it happens. If you don’t understand the source of your problem, you won’t be able to solve it. Once you have identified what’s holding you back from doing what needs done, then take steps to overcome those barriers. As long as you do so in a way that fits with who you are (and not just what works for someone else), then success will follow!
