The ones you know are unhealthy and bad for you, but they just feel so good while you’re doing them. We get it. We’ve all got our vices, and sometimes those vices are pretty hard to break. Don’t try to change everything all at once, because you’re more likely to end up frustrated and give up altogether. Instead, make a plan for yourself and stick with it. You might try making an effort to eat healthier foods or exercise regularly, rather than trying to cut out soda cold turkey (which can lead people back into old habits). If you make small changes in your life, they’ll be easier for you—and eventually become second nature!
