As the current Covid-19 pandemic is slowly getting contained, and the immunization efforts are ongoing around the globe, getting back to work remains one of the main concerns in our society. In order to do that as safely as possible, we have to come to terms with the facts that the “normal way” of doing things before the pandemic was probably not the best approach to everything. This could be the best time for businesses and organizations to adapt to the times for the best of us all.
We’re living in a globally communicated era. It was inconceivable that everything required our physical presence. It didn’t make much sense then, but it makes less sense now. Removing as much of our employees’ physical interaction as possible from the process is a way better way to avoid the spread of a virus than wearing a facemask or compulsively cleaning everything in our way. (These do help though, but they’re meant to be our last line of defense when we do have to work in close proximity to each other, not our solution to everything!)
So, if you’re an employer or you have a way to pass this infographic to a decision-maker in your job, do everyone a favor and take these considerations into action!
