Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise is an American actor and producer. He has been nominated for three Academy Awards, winning one. Cruise has won three Golden Globe Awards and was named the Sexiest Man Alive by People magazine in 2005. In 1986, he starred in Top Gun which grossed $354 million at the box office worldwide. He followed that success with Color of Money (1986), Rain Man (1988), Born on Fourth of July (1989) and A Few Good Men (1992). In 1994, he starred opposite Nicole Kidman in Michael Mann’s romantic thriller The Last Samurai where they played two characters who fall in love despite being from different cultures.

 

Daniel Radcliffe

Daniel Radcliffe is best known for his role as Harry Potter in the Harry Potter movie franchise. He has also appeared on stage and in several films, including Horns (2014), Kill Your Darlings (2013) and The Woman in Black (2012). Daniel was born on 23 July 1989 in London, England, to Alan Radcliffe and Marcia Gresham. His father is a literary agent who represents authors across many genres including fantasy fiction writers J K Rowling, C S Lewis & J R R Tolkien amongst others so it’s no surprise that Daniel had an early interest in acting! At age five he started taking acting classes at Stagecoach Theatre Arts – a world-renowned school which has produced some of Britain’s biggest stars including Keira Knightley & Orlando Bloom just to name two!

 

Steve McQueen

Steve McQueen was a well-known actor, famous movie star and motorcycle enthusiast. He had a great sense of style and wore his sunglasses with pride. The aviator shades were popular at the time but it was Steve’s rugged look that made them iconic in movies like The Great Escape and Bullitt.

 

Dan Aykroyd

Dan Aykroyd was born on July 1, 1952 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is an actor, writer and comedian best known for his roles in films such as The Blues Brothers (1980) and Ghostbusters (1984). He also starred opposite John Belushi in National Lampoon’s Animal House (1978), a classic comedy film that has since become synonymous with both college life and college students’ love of beer. In addition to his many acting credits on screen, Aykroyd has written books including My Part of the Sky: A Novel About One Man’s Love Affair With Aviation (1999), which was adapted into an animated feature film titled Sky Captain & The World Of Tomorrow (2004).

 

Laurence Fishburne

When it comes to iconic movie glasses, there are few actors more well-known than Laurence Fishburne. He’s been in some great films over the years and is probably best known for playing Morpheus in the 1999 sci-fi classic The Matrix. He also played Ike Turner in What’s Love Got To Do With It (1993), which was nominated for three Academy Awards including Best Actress and Best Supporting Actor (for Angela Bassett). He’s been acting since 1980 but didn’t break into stardom until 1991 when Boyz n the Hood was released–and now he has several other films under his belt including Deep Cover (1992), Outbreak (1995) and Three Kings (1999).

Brad Pitt

Brad Pitt is an American actor, producer and director. He has received three Academy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations, winning one of each. In 2014, he received a Golden Globe Award as part of the ensemble cast of 12 Years a Slave.

 

Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburn is an iconic movie star and fashion icon. She was known for her signature look of a black dress, pearls and sunglasses. In Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961), her most famous role, she wore a pair of sunglasses that became her trademark. Al Pacino

Al Pacino is an American actor, producer and director. He has won multiple awards for his work in the film industry, including an Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in Scent of a Woman (1992). Pacino has starred in over 80 films and has had supporting roles in many more. In addition to acting on stage, he has also directed and produced several movies.

 

Jean Reno

Jean Reno is a French actor who has appeared in more than 100 films. He starred in The Professional, Godzilla and Ronin. Reno was born on January 30, 1948 in Casablanca, Morocco to Anna (née Correia), a cook for Air France; and Joseph Reno (1921-2016), an accountant who ran an array of gambling houses across Morocco’s cities with his brother Georges Reno (1926-2006). His father immigrated from Portugal with his family following the end of World War II, settling in France at first before moving to New York City where he met Anna during her visit there with her father; they married later that year after returning to France. Jean grew up speaking French and Spanish as well as Arabic. Jean studied acting at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique (CNSAD) but dropped out after three years when he landed his first film role alongside Gerard Depardieu in Le Grand Bleu (1988).

 

Jeff Bridges

Jeff Bridges is an American actor and musician. He has been nominated for an Academy Award, Grammy Award, and Emmy Award. He was one of the few actors who have won an Oscar, Golden Globe, BAFTA and Emmy Award. Bridges made his feature film debut in Peter Bogdanovich’s comedy-drama The Last Picture Show (1971). He also appeared as a villain in Tron (1982), which he would later revisit when he played a character named Kevin Flynn in Tron: Legacy (2010).

 

Arnie Schwarzenegger

Arnold Schwarzenegger is an Austrian-American actor, producer, businessman, investor, author and former professional bodybuilder. He served two terms as the 38th Governor of California from 2003 to 2011. Arnold was born in Thal, Styria (in modern Austria), to Gustav Schwarzenegger and Aurelia Jadrny (1928-2015). His paternal grandparents were German immigrants who settled in Sankt Poelten during the 19th century. His maternal grandparents were Czechoslovakian immigrants who came to Austria-Hungary after World War I; they had a daughter together named Maria Jadrny (1922-2004). When Arnold was 14 years old his parents moved to the United States where he attended school until he graduated from high school at age 17. After graduating from high school Arnold went on several European trips before moving back home with his family where he became interested in weightlifting as well as many other sports including soccer and basketball.
