Well, this is second post about sugar. This is probably because I had a conversation with a super ripped body builder and she kept emphasizing how she consumes absolutely NO sugar. Like, even good, natural kind in fruits. So Iâ??ve been wondering what all the negative hype is about sugar. I mean, I know itâ??s in everything delicious, but usually delicious things are bad for you, especially things with high fructose corn syrup in itâ?¦
Sure enough, if I had any doubt about high fructose corn syrup, todayâ??s infographic reinforced that doubt. In the long run, it can cause mercury poisoning and weight gain?! Um, no thanks none for me thank you. After reading todayâ??s inforgraphic, youâ??re going to want to swear off sugary drinks. I know I did for sure! [via]
