I can confidently say I survived my college years with a pretty solid GPA in four years. Don’t get me wrong. I tried to like coffee; the warm aroma and fun little Keurig K-cups really tempted me towards the dark side. It’s just that coffee never sat well with me. As a naturally hyper-active person, coffee seemed to just exemplify my energy and anxiety, while continuing to leave my body exhausted.
Thankfully, I came across black tea and all of its glory. Sure, it tastes like dirty water, but after a few squirts of honey, and a tad bit of milk, I can drink it to snap out of the early morning blues. Real talk though: black tea has completely transformed my life. It gives me all of the energy coffee promises, without the jitters or bad breath. Today’s infographic totally understands my obsession with tea by reminding everyone of its benefits, and I’m fan-girling all over the different tea brands. I actually haven’t heard of half of these brands, so I have something to look forward to during these upcoming months.
