A few years back, I saw and episode of MTV’s True Life. This particular episode was about liposuction. I’ll admit that I had very little knowledge of liposuction prior to this viewing experience. I have never considered getting liposuction, but for many people it is the escape rope from a hellish situation.
However, it’s not as easy as walking into a hospital and saying, “Hello, I’d like some liposuction please.” There are steps that must be taken to ensure that the experience is as effective and enjoyable as possible.
Number one- do your research. This is very important, it is best to find a specialist who has a lot of experience performing successful liposuctions. Next, it is wise to consult a professional about the logistics of the surgery: cost, benefits, etc.
There are other, pre-surgery actions to take as well. Such as getting blood work done, and acquiring the necessary pharmecuticals to ensure a speedy and successful recovery.
After the surgery- rest (you just had surgery). Light excercize is important 48 hours after the procedure. Maybe a bird walk, or evening stroll. 3 weeks after the surgery you can start fully excercizing and enjoying the newer, trimmer, you. After three months, take some post-op photos to compare to how you looked before surgery. Hopefully you like what you see- good luck! [Smartlipo]
