Filters are an easy way to find data based on certain criteria. For example, if you want to see how your sales team is performing this month, you can use a filter so that only their sales numbers appear on the spreadsheet. Use the drop-down list in the top-left corner of an empty cell to pick from default filters like “All” or “Blanks” (which means no data has been entered into it). You can then click on one of these options and select what kind of data you want filtered out by clicking on another option in that drop down menu.
