The end is nigh! Maybe. Probably not, really, but it can’t hurt to be prepared. Or at least I can’t hurt to daydream.
I like the look of the Cadillac a lot, but any apocalypse car is going to need a whole bunch of ground clearance, and this sleek baby doesn’t have any of that. The Marauder has good clearance, but the cow catcher, though it could certainly be useful, could also get in the way. I’m definitely into the Land Rover Defender’s triangular tracks instead of wheels situation. That whole rig looks practical as heck and also big enough to sleep in comfortably. That might be a bigger deal than you’d think. From that perspective, the Action Mobil Desert Challenger is a pretty good way to go. Think looks spacious.
The wheeled tanker is vert Mad Max: Fury Road, but gasoline is a terrible model for fuel in a post-apocalyptic world. All these vehicles need to be electric and toting solar panels and small wind turbines so they can be self-reliant for fuel.
