I never drink coffee. I suppose I’ve never given it a real try. I am a big fan of tea though. I could drink tea all day, hot, iced, whatever, you name it. I do hope that there isn’t too much caffeine in my tea because it doesn’t look like a healthy chemical. [Via]

     The unhealthy effects of coffee is only in extreme amounts…100 cups of coffee in 4 hours. I drink A LOT of coffee and can’t imagine myself or anyone drinking such a large amount in that amount time, or even in a months time. From this diagram I’m seeing the benefits GREATLY out weighing the negatives. Too much of anything (even certain vitamins) is harmful to humans. Thank you for sharing, I learned a few things I didn’t know :)
