With spring coming to a close, it’s time to refine your summer reading list! If you find yourself outside the phenomena that is “The Hunger Games”, but still enjoy a good read from time to time, this list below is a must read.
As an avid reader and English major, I was very happy with the novels selected for this list. My first recommendation would have to be “The Great Gatsby”. Not only being my favorite book at this stage of my life, it’s another book to be getting a Hollywood makeover. And it’s always cool to be the guy who scoffs at dissimilarities between the movie and novel throughout the entire film.
Covering topics ranging as far as a family in captivity to basic human survival and struggle, completion of this list guarantees far fewer dull moments this summer. Leave us a comment below of the best page turner money can buy. Make me proud. [Via]
