I’ve been trying to drink more water, but there’s something so tempting about a fizzy can of pop. When I’m at a restaurant, I’ll down as many Sprites as I can if I’m offered free refill. Keep track of the calories in soda as you’re drinking it. While diet soda doesn’t have any calories, it still isn’t the best choice for you. And if you’re chugging regular soda, you’ll quickly realize how many calories it’s adding to your diet.
