Winter is here and the mountains are white with fresh powder. Skiers and snowboarders flock to the Rockies or Alps in hopes of catching some great weather and fun slopes. Not everyone grows up on a mountain though. Many of you ski aficionados may know the needed equipment like the back of your hand, but plenty of us southerner’s are clueless.
I was lucky to have the opportunity to go skiing growing up in central Texas. I’ve traveled to Breckenridge, Banff, Salt Lake City, and Montana for ski trips. I’m not going to say I’m a very good skier because of those trips, but they did help me learn about some of the equipment needed for a day on the mountain. I’m not going to lie though, today’s graphic has informed me on some items I would of never thought of.
A GoPro seems like a must now-a-days, but a boot bag is something I didn’t know existed. I suppose when owning your own stuff compared to renting, there’s good reason to take care of it!
