Some of us get energized by interacting with other people, while others among us are drained by such interactions. And it’s likely a lot of people out there are in jobs that aren’t suitable for their natural inclinations toward extroversion or introversion. Which jobs are best for which type of personality, and which college majors would best prepare someone for each job?
According to today’s graphic, designed by our good friends over at Infographic World, the majority of the population identify as extroverts. Not to belittle the introverts; they’re a large part of the picture as they make up 40% of the population.
You’ll be surprised by some of the recommended occupations listed below. Being a graphic designer as an introvert was interesting. I actually know dozens of designers and a majority are very social. Also the fact pharmacists work faster as an extrovert is interesting as well.
